About me
I had always enjoyed riding a bike from being very small, and so the chance to be involved in the BMX scene was very appealing. My first visit to Mid Lancs was daunting as an 8 year old it was that mix of excitement, and fear. It was soon clear that there was no need for nerves as the the whole club, from the rider’s through to the coaches and the volunteers made me feel really welcome. BMX is competitive, but even in the heat of a race the rider’s look out for each other. We have as much fun off the track as on it.
