National BMX Championships – 2019 (The Brits) 23rd – 25th August
Weekend Camping
We will be offering onsite camping, all camping pitches are pre pay. Camping costs will be £75 for the weekend (3 nights). All pitches are 9 x 9m to ensure cars can fit on camping pitches, to meet with fire safety requirements. As in 2017 all campers will be on one field, however, Motorhomes may be asked to pitch in one area together at the edge of the field. Stewarding and Traffic Management will be handled by Stadium TM, a company experienced in managing large events alongside our club volunteers. Entry to the campsite opens at 10.00 on Friday 23rd August 2019, via Meadow Lane, Alvaston.
The campsite must be vacated by 10.00 on Monday 26th August 2019.
In booking your camping pitch you understand and accept the following:
In the unlikely event that Derby City Council deem the camping fields unsuitable for camping and parking, due to ground conditions, the Event will still go ahead without onsite camping and all camping fees will be refunded. Alternative car parking will be at Derby Arena.
PITCHES WILL BE AVAILABLE TO BOOK FROM 19.00 ON MONDAY 3RD JUNE.
PLEASE NOTE THE CAMPSITE IS A NO SMOKING AREA
PLEASE SMOKE IN THE DESIGNATED AREA OR OUTSIDE OF THE FENCED AREA.

Trade Pitch Bookings
Trade pitches are available at £60 per 3x3m, if you would like to camp with your pitch please book and pay for an extra 3x3m pitch. You can only book and pay for your pitches online. Non Negotiable. The Trader Village is once again the grass area, this allows more room to accommodate our traders.
BOOKING GOES LIVE FOR TRADERS AT 9.00 ON TUESDAY 7TH MAY.
PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE RESTRICTED VEHICLE ACCESS TO THE TRADE AREA DURING TIMES OF TRACK USE.
Factory Team Area Gazebo Bookings
The Factory Team/Sponsors Area will be with the Trade Village Area. All pitches booked online please £40 per 3x3m. If you require a larger area please book extra pitches. Non Negotiable.
Weekend Parking
Weekend Parking will be £6, please display your pass at all times.
Sponsorship and Advertising
There will be opportunities to advertise around the track and in our printed programme, please contact us through Facebook if you would like to advertise or support the club in any way.
